New Asheville Restaurants and Breweries

  • Boy Howdy (Opening 2025): Boy Howdy is known for its playful vibe, house-made biscuits, and rotating seasonal pastries – they’re coming soon to downtown Asheville’s DSSOLVR brewery.
  • Luminosa (Opened 2023): Downtown’s Luminosa brings a fresh take on Italian cuisine with handmade pastas and a standout cacio e pepe.
  • Flour (Opened 2023): This breakfast spot at 40 Wall Street is quickly gaining popularity for its sourdough croissants and creative breakfast sandwiches. This may be your next fav go-to.

Asheville Art and Culture

  • North Carolina Glass Center Gallery in Black Mountain (Expanded 2024): Recently expanded, this gallery supports regional artists and now offers more space for glassblowing demos and classes. Prepare to be mind-blown at the North Carolina Glass Center!
  • Third Room (Opened 2024): A new immersive art space downtown, Third Room features 3D projections and interactive art installations. Experience art in a new way!
  • Museum of Costume Jewelry (Opening 2025): Opening soon in Asheville, NC, this museum will showcase the glamour and artistry of vintage and modern costume jewelry. Visitors can explore dazzling pieces by iconic designers like Coco Chanel and Christian Dior, and discover how history, culture, and design have shaped jewelry over the past century. Online tickets for Museum of Costume Jewelry will be available in May 2025.

  • Highland Brewing Company (Opened 1994): As Asheville’s original craft brewery, Highland is famous for its Gaelic Ale and vibrant taproom events. Have fun at their 40-acre property with sports facilities.
  • Burial Beer Co. (Opened 2013): Burial is a staple for craft beer lovers, especially known for its hoppy IPAs and complex barrel-aged wild ales. Enjoy their live music and weekly events.
  • Wicked Weed Brewing (Opened 2012): A pioneer in sour ales, Wicked Weed’s Funkatorium taproom is a must-visit for adventurous beer fans. Check out their free tours, which include three samples of our delicious beers.

Outdoor Adventures and Blue Ridge Mountains Tourism

Asheville is a top destination for nature lovers, with the towering Blue Ridge Mountains nearby. Take in the breathtaking views around the city or head out for an exciting day of hiking on the various trails available.
